Open Science

Open Science is a set of principles and practices that aim to make scientific research from all fields accessible to everyone by opening up the processes of creating, evaluating, sharing, exploring and storing scientific knowledge, practices and perspectives, for the benefit of both scientists and society as a whole.

openJII (v0.2 ß)

Our mission is to advance open science by sharing, integrating, and interpreting complex, large-scale datasets to uncover genetic linkages that influence photosynthesis. Through this collaborative platform, we empower researchers to identify photosynthetic limitations and their genetic controls across diverse crops and environmental conditions, driving innovations to enhance photosynthetic efficiency and agricultural productivity.

Our goals:

  • Collection of time series data

  • store and manage photosynthesis data

  • provide tools to analyse photosynthesis

  • link real world sensor data to genomics and novel analytics and modeling
