Devices you can trace, field work you can revisit

This release brings together the work shipped since our last public update, including last week's mobile release that did not get its own announcement. The Android app moves from 2.28.2 to 2.44.0. The web platform, backend and device tooling move with it.

Field work is easier to review

• Measurements from the same workbook run stay together in the Recent tab. Expand a run to inspect individual readings, or upload and delete the run as one unit.

• Open a saved measurement to re-run the macro that produced it and see the same result view used during collection. The app uses the saved workbook version; later edits do not rewrite the past. Re-running needs a connection, so do it once you are back online.

• Experiments shared through your organization or team appear in the mobile app and are included in offline preparation.

• Nearby devices show their full identifier, and optional flow metadata failures no longer interrupt work with unrelated error messages.

Connected devices: an early preview

Device management is in closed testing with a small internal group and is not enabled on general accounts. The preview includes fleet and connectivity monitoring, a lineage view that links a physical device to its broker identity and experiments, device groups with batch onboarding and credential rotation, and reviewer-gated firmware rollout. We will announce broader availability separately.

Sharing and account security are clearer

• Experiments, protocols, macros, workbooks, devices and device groups use the same Can view and Can edit collaborator model.

• Protocols, macros and workbooks can stay private until you publish them. Publishing is permanent.

• Passkeys are available for sign-in, and personal API keys can be created, expired and revoked from account settings.

Finding work takes fewer clicks

• Experiments, protocols, macros and workbooks use consistent, paginated overview tables.

• Owned and directly shared work ranks ahead of organization and public results while browsing and searching.

• Export downloads use the experiment name, JSON data is easier to expand and inspect, and several workbook-editor and Safari issues have been corrected.

Uploads and data quality

• Uploads carry their workbook version consistently, and sequential uploads correlate correctly.

• Protocol content is stored without double encoding.

• Malformed time zones, NaN and Infinity values are cleaned before they reach analysis.

• Macro inputs are normalized consistently across mobile, web, backend and data processing.
